Bookings and Treatments

The Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to all bookings made at or directly by phone or in person.

All rates featured on are subject to availability and may be changed at any time without notice. Angkura Ltd and /or its’ practitioners reserve a right to decline massage bookings and / or treatment without an obligation to provide any reason for doing so.

All clients are responsible to ensure that a consultation takes place and that they are suitably healthy to receive the treatment provided. All therapists at wasana Spa are qualified and fully insured

Payments and Cancellations

While booking over the phone you’ll need to provide your credit or debit card details to secure your booking. You can secure your booking using MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express or Switch. You can also secure your booking using the online payments function which utilizes Paypal’s web payments. Payments are made in advance of the treatment (either a deposit of full payment) when booking through the web site or over the phone. Any cancellations need to be notified 24 hours in advance of the treatment for a full refund. Any appointment that are cancelled in less then 24 hours prior the the appointment are non-refundable and full payment will be due if only a deposit is held. Payments in cash are available on the day of the appointment but only after confirmation with a representative of the business.

Refund Policy

All treatments are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

In order to protect all our customers against potential fraud, we verify the information you provide with bank processors listed below. In the course of such verification, we receive personally identifiable information about you from such services.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid as shown on the voucher up to a maximum of 12 months. Gift Vouchers are non refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be used as specified on the voucher. Can not be used in conjunction with offers.

Cancellations and changes

You may cancel or change any booking up to 24 hours before the appointment time. When booking and paying you are authorizing us to retain the full cost of your treatment should you cancel the appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Any other charges associated with the cancellation will be deducted from the amount paid or if the charges exceed the deposit an additional payment will be required.

Use of Personal Information

Wasana Spa is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its on-line visitors. When booking and having treatments we collect the e-mail addresses of our clients. This information is never shared with other parties. We may occasionally contact you with special offers but all communications will include a clear ‘opt out’ button. Also we do not store any of your financial data and they are only used for the purpose of completing a transaction with our business.
